RMS TITANIC
Enamelled Copper Box

Only 711 boxes have been made, each one dedicated and certificated with a survivors name to celebrate their life saved from this disaster.

 These classically styled, limited edition enamelled boxes are made in Staffordshire England using the exact same process of hand enameling on copper as the world renowned Bilston & Battersea / Halcyon Days products.
The beautifully detailed, hand finished lid is by a local Staffordshire lady artist  and shows the Titanic leaving Queenstown. Each box has a cobalt blue base  fitted with a robust gold plated surround, hinge and clasp.

Enamelled into the lid is a dedication providing information on this famous White Star Line ship. Each box is presented in a heavyweight blue satin lined box complete with a certificate providing further information on the ship.

As an additional feature the buttons are hand mounted on mid-blue velour type material (see main picture) that may be used as a backing to frame the set or as a display as it is.
These are the most accurate reproduction coat buttons available which have been cross referenced to the many original buttons.

The rope edge and button / flag striations match the original item identically.

They are of polished spun brass construction and which can be continually polished for the true officer's look.

They come complete with loop to add to your garment or it can be used to display these lovely recreations in your Titanic collection.

This is one of the most factual  White Star Line reference books that has ever been written but  is now extremely difficult  to obtain and is now unavailable through booksellers. It contains just over a 100 pages and  provides an alphabetically ordered profile of every one of the 98 ships that operated under the White Star Line banner plus the history of the company from 1837 and illustrations of every ship. It includes a good account of the short life and demise of the Titanic including passenger losses. If you want one, easy to read  book, that provides factual information on this shipping line you won't do better than this. Anyone interested in the White Star Line  must have one of these.
